    I have recently set up automatic daily backups. However, we are receiving this email message:

    There was an error during automatic backup, please check the logs.
    Error: Could not make the backup due to internal server error.

    I have checked the logs and there does not appear to be any obvious errors. The backups are being made and are available to download, but sometimes there is an internal server error when trying to download.

    Debug code is BMI-5k4IuiD5-25537

    Ideally, we would not be receiving this message and backups would always be available. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you!

    My apologies for delayed reply.

    Based on the process logs it seem like everything went fine like you said.

    We also monitor errors of other plugins as sometimes it can cause conflicts with our plugin and the only error on your website (indeed warning) was within plugin press-permit-core:

    If the backup is visible on your backups list everything is fine and you can safely ignore or even disable the notification in “Other options” section.

    I hope it won’t show up with version 1.4.5 once you upgrade.
