Scheduled Actions Remain Pending Forever

Hello-
it’s been close to 8 months now and still there are scheduled actions that are pending and the migration of customers, orders, etc is not happening. I looked into several threads at the support center and tried everything but nothing is working. At last i contacted by host provider and they provided the below.

I have looked at the master error log for neilmedpac.com and see the following PHP errors repetitively, which resulted when I searched the log file for the term “action:”

This indicates there is a code-level issue, most likely with the plugin you have determined is malfunctioning. You may need to file a bug report with the plugin vendor.
