  • Hello @koullis,

You can try manually running any past due actions under WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions → Past due.

If that doesn’t help, please share a copy of your site’s?System Status.
You can find it via?WooCommerce → Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Cheers!

    Hi koullis,

Thanks for getting back to us. Scheduled actions are tasks that run in the background of your website, such as sending emails, processing orders, or updating reports. Sometimes, these actions can get delayed or missed due to various reasons, such as server configuration, plugin conflicts, or high traffic.

To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Make sure you have the latest version of WooCommerce and any other plugins you’re using on your website. You can check for updates in your WordPress dashboard under Plugins > Installed Plugins.
    2. Check your server settings and make sure they meet the minimum requirements for WooCommerce. You can find the minimum requirements here: WooCommerce Server Requirements. In particular, make sure your server has enough memory, disk space, and cron jobs enabled.
    3. Install and activate the WP Crontrol plugin, which allows you to view and manage the cron events on your website. You can use this plugin to see if there are any errors or conflicts with the scheduled actions. You can also manually run or delete any scheduled actions from this plugin.
    4. If you have any caching or performance plugins on your website, such as WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache, please make sure they are not interfering with the scheduled actions.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please share a copy of your system status report, the link you shared in your previous message is a private link and I cannot access it. Please paste the system status report directly in your reply or use a public service to share it.

This will help me to investigate the issue further and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

thanks you for your reply. now this also appeared in past due woocommerce_update_marketplace_suggestions

    As for your notes:

    1-Everything is up to date

2-server settings are ok-in status everything is in green

3-I have this plugin but i cant match above tasks to any crons. are they mentioned differently?

4-i have w3 along with wp-optimize. how can i check if any of them interferes? I was thinking maybe problem is wp optimize since i had a problem prior of having these scheduler problem but i tried disabling it again without success of fixing schedules

system report is posted in previous reply

Hey, @koullis! Thanks for the information.

i have w3 along with wp-optimize. how can i check if any of them interferes? I was thinking maybe problem is wp optimize since i had a problem prior of having these scheduler problem but i tried disabling it again without success of fixing schedules

What about W3, were you able to disable it and test it?

When you disabled wp-optimize, did any new scheduled actions failled?

You might need to run a full conflict test to find what is causing the issue. But before you do it, we would like to see the Status Report of your website to take a look. I know you posted the link in a previous reply, but as my colleague mentioned, the link is private. It says

Error, this is a private paste or is pending moderation. If this paste belongs to you, please login to Pastebin to view it.

Please post it directly here or in a public link so we can check it.

    Thank you!

    Have a wonderful day!

    fixed pastebin link

i disabled both wpoptimize and w3 and created new orders with same result on actions schedules past due

    Hey, @koullis!

Thanks for fixing the pastebin link ??

I see on the report you are using WooCommerce 8.5.

There was an issue with the 8.5 release, so reverted the stable tag to 8.4. We expect to have a fix in place by Monday, January 15th, and release 8.5.1. More info can be found in the?release notes?for 8.5.

You can find older versions to download here.

If you prefer, you can also use a plugin such as WP Rollback to help you with this process. You can find the plugin here.

Please let us know if the issue persists.

    Have a wonderful day!
