Scheduled actions not running after upgrading Woocommerce

  • Hi, i upgraded Woocommerce to the newest (7.0.0.) and since then the scheduled actions dont run automatically anymore. I have tried to run automatically and deleted some and the rest still wont run automatically. It seems that it is not a specific plugin related problem because none of the pending actions run automatically.

    I only noticed this a couple weeks after upgrading and i have created new products etc so i cannot go back to the previous version without losing all data i have recently created. So that is not an option.

    Im not very good with WP and dont know how to write any code nor input it anywhere so please take that into account when answering. Many thanks!

  • Hi, Can you try installing and activating “Health Check”

    It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.

    On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.
