    Hi

I have an issue with generating the feed. It starts, then after a 1min or just a few seconds it stops and it doesn’t continue.
when i go to Scheduled Actions, i see failed action from pinterest-for-woocommerce group.

    Things i tried before posting:

    1. Go to Settings tab on “Marketing > Pinterest”
    2. Disable “Enable product sync” and save
    — At this point no feed should be present on /wp-content/uploads and no Scheduled actions related to Pinterest — Cancel all the hooks related to the group “pinterest-for-woocommerce”
    3. Enable “Enable product sync” and save
    4. Feed should be recreated and will be updated on the Pinterest account in the next 24hs

I even tried to disconnect my account and toggle delete plugin data and deleted/reinstalled the plugin again.

I did as well move wp-cron execusion to the server side with an interval of 1min and disabled the WP one ( i tested cron jobs with my actual website CSS generation and it works )

    Thank you

    Hi @anirnet

Despite these efforts, it seems the problem persists. Therefore, we’ll need to investigate further to identify the root cause. Can you please try to perform a conflict test (by switching to a default WordPress theme and see if the issue is gone, then if not, try deactivating all plugins and reactivating each to see which one causes the issue)? You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

If you continue to experience issues after these steps, please get back to us with additional information on the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.

    Cheers!

I have managed to get the feed generated after hours of trying and canceling the scheduled actions and start them again. but once it’s generated and let’s suppose it completes successfully, as soon as i clean database transients, the Pinterest plugin will start generating a whole new different feed with a new name ( it forgets the previously generated feed and deletes it ), so i have now like 6 feeds on the Pinterest business dashboard, each day has it’s own feed.

The issue i have now, and i probably should ask this in a separate thread, is on the business dashboard “ADS > CATALOGS” for some reasons*, I deleted the very first catalog created on there upon retrieving the very first feed from my website. so when i go to ADS > CATALOGS , it’s always empty. the only thing i can access are the data sources in “Opt-out Catalogs beta” dashboard. i tried adding my own data source from there but with no luck.

Delete Catalog button shouldn’t have been allowed or put in there if it was that critical, because i have feed generated and i can see woocommerce data sources in “Opt-out Catalogs beta” but ADS > CATALOGS is always empty, and there are no buttons to do anything or fix anything which was a frustrating experience with the plugin.

the reason why i deleted the catalog at first is because i only have around 200 variable products, and the plugin generated 30000 ish single variation and synced them. i thought there was a mistake so i wanted to start all over again. i thought i was able to manually add my own data source with 200 only products. but unfortunately the button disappeared after i deleted the catalog.

I would appreciate your help. please let me know if i need to open a new thread or contact you directly with this issue.

    Thank you

    Hello @anirnet,

Glad to know there’s some progress, there’s no need to create a new thread. :?)

Could you please attach a few screenshots that describe the issue along with your site’s system status report as mentioned above?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:

Look forward to hearing back from you.
