    Hi, I have been looking at the Schedule Add on, and UM add on, but can’t see if this is possible.

    In the users profile I have a custom field to record the current status of that user ( So I can change them to Cancelled if I want ).

    I want to run a weekly task to check every user for this custom field value. If it is Cancelled then I want to change the users role ( easy ) and also change the users Ultimate Member status to Deactivated. ( And a few other actions that I know I can do )

    Is it possible to check all users in this manner? I can’t see how from the docs as any action seems to need a specific trigger and not just a time scheduled one. Would I use Anonymous to do this or can it run as a logged in user under my Admin account even if I am not logged in?

    Is it possible to modify the UM status. Again the Addon seems to have no actions so I am not sure if this would be possible?

    Hi @alanjacobs !

    All this that you want to do is a custom development, since currently it is not possible to do what you want.
    The integration with Ultimate Member does not have actions and cannot modify the status either, since as you said before you have this custom field.
    I would recommend that you contact a development company to do this for you as we do not offer support for customizations like that since our main focus is the development and maintenance of GamiPress, AutomatorWP and all official add-ons.

    Regarding Schedule Actions, this add-on does not schedule weekly so that the automations are allowed to be executed, it simply allows defining that an automation is executed in a certain time, for example, executing the automation in 1 hour, in 1 week, in a week etc
    Anyway, your query is about a paid plugin and as explained in our before publishing the theme, we can’t support premium plugins here

    Sorry. These were really pre sales questions as I could not work out from the documentation if they could do what I wanted to achieve, before I purchased them. You’ve answered that now so thanks.

    I’ll try to do this another way.
