It seems like the sale price isn’t being updated correctly when the discount date arrives. This is quite unusual as I tried making a sale and prices were reduced correctly.

With that said, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

• System Status Report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

Please edit the product and share a screenshot of the price section.

Could you go to WooCommerce > System Status > Scheduled Actions and check for any failed or pending actions? Share a screenshot if you find anything.

This happens on all products. The problem was discovered on one of my client’s sites when they use that feature for the first time. To rule out site errors, I tested it on a clean installation and also found the same problem.

All the information provides comes from a fresh new site with only woocommerce installed and dummy products.

The only error in scheduled actions is:
woocommerce_admin/stored_state_setup_for_products/async/run_remote_notifications

I want to make sure if this issue is related to the server or not.

Lastly, please answer the following questions:
– What timezone was selected in WP Admin > Settings > General > Timezone option?
– What is the system timezone of your WP server?

Hi is another server.

What I noticed when I entered again today is that the price was affected but after the scheduled date, the product was “test-3” when the date arrived showed the reduced price in this way
$1?0?0? – $100 and now that at least one day has passed since its programming the price is correct $1?0?0? – $30 and the date of start is blank

Yes i checked about 00:30 and the morning after abour 08:00 am. So far the price has not been corrected

As a next step, I’d suggest installing the WP Crontrol plugin to see if there are any errors causing?WP Cron?not to run as expected.
