Schedule push notifications

    First of all, I would like to thank you for this wonderful piece of coding!

    Secondly I have 2 suggestions:
    1- Add scheduled ability to push notifications, i.e create push at 1:00 pm.
    2- Ability to edit manifest file and server worker file from plugin.
