Schedule Posts to go offline

Hi!
How can I schedule my posts to go OFFLINE?
I know how to schedule them to go online, but I need them to go OFFLINE on a specific date, because I want to use the posts as a event calendar.

Is there any chance to do that? I haven’t found anything online.

I’ve tried many events-plugins but couldn’t find any, that was simple enough but fulfills all my design-requirements. Most of them have pretty fixed designs.
