• Hi,

    We followed the instructions to create shifts, shift types, jobs, employees etc.

    We filled in all the fields.

    We disabled all other plugins.

    But when we go to View Employee Schedules in administration and we choose a date range, nothing shows up except the dates and empty schedule – no employees, no shifts, etc.

    Frontend shortcodes show only dates too.

    What could the problem be?

    What shift status have you selected for your shifts? Shifts with the “Extra” or “Paid Time Off” status do not show up in the schedule.
