Schedule frequency incorrect

    Hi, I’ve got a site where the schedule frequency is Daily for the database and Fortnightly for the files, but it’s backing up the database every 4 hours and the site Daily, which I believe is how it was when the site was in development. Any ideas on how to get it to use the correct schedule please?

    Hello,

    Please follow these steps:

    • Go to UpdraftPlus >> Advanced Tools >> Wipe settings and click the Wipe settings button.
    • Go to the Settings tab, re-add your backup schedule, and click Save Changes.
    • Re-add any connections to remote storage locations.
    • Go to Backup / Restore >> Next scheduled backups and verify that the date and time values for File and Database backups are correct as seen in this example.

    It’s likely that your cron tasks are running with the wrong schedule, and these steps should reset everything.

    Thanks, unfortunately I’ve done this and still getting the same problem, any other ideas please?
