• Hi there

on my site we have a plugin that sends an email every time I publish a post. However, as I can publish a few times a day ideally I want a plugin that will allow me to schedule the emails even though the posts are live.

Is there anything anyone can suggest?

  • In other words you want to send one email at the end of the day for all the posts that went live that day?

Personally, I’d do this using MailChimp using their RSS option.

no.. if we post 3 posts at say 10 10:15 11:00 i would like email them out to subscribers at say
    12:00 15:00 18:00

if not I guess the end of day summary would be the next best step

Ah, I misunderstood. What is the most often you would be posting?
Maybe you could do a modified version of what I suggested yesterday and have MailChimps rss option send out a new email for every posts.

Personally, I’ve only done this before where it was a weekly email sent on Friday at 5:00a with links to all the posts since Monday at 9:00a

I do remember there being a setting for daily when I did it but I am not sure about something that would be as frequent as every new post. I would suggest you take a look at the settings on MailChimp that I am referring to and see if it does what you want. If it does not come back and let us know. Then we can help you find a plugin that’ll do it.

Looking forward to your reply. Kindly tag this as resolved if my MailChimp suggestion winds up working for you.
