Schedule calendar

Hello, I need a simple plugin or script which doeas somethning exactly like this:

So, you pick up a date and a service and the system tells you, how long does it take to finish this “service”. For Ex. you want to send your carpet for cleaning ?? You pick up start date as 1st January and the system tells you that your carpet will be ready at January 6th.
