Would seem to me that there should be a status assigned to the task. Eve though the task has been worked, it remains on the schedule – not necessarily a bad thing but perhaps and update to the display (color/font?) of the task to show it is not ‘active’ or waiting on action.
If someone was to transfer a customer to someone else, or leave the company how would the next person know the status of the task? As well, how management needs the ability to see the work status and progress of tasks. As well for the effectiveness of actions to be gaged. The ultimately for the sales/marketing rep to be able to track progress and determine tasks left/completed.
As well on the schedule, tasks seem to be listed (mixed up) by the entry time of the task – tasks are not sorted in ascending/descending order by time.
