  • The functionality of WordPRess Cron depends on the you website has traffic.
    To Impreove that you can use the Easycron service or setup a own cron job. Manuals for setting up cron jobs for WordPress are many on the web.

    My websites have some hundreds of visits on the day. Are sufficient ?

    Yes it sould be sufficient. Did you have wp-config.php entrys like define( 'DISABLE_WP_CRON', true ); or define( 'ALTERNATE_WP_CRON', true ); tha try to deactivate them.
