Scarcity Builder shortcode not working

    Hello,

    I have a scarcity plugin installed. I tested it and it’s working as normal on the Post and pages. But when I install it into the Content Popup of this plugin, the short code is not displaying the timer as it should. It looks like there is a code conflict (I think). It’s just displaying the shortcode, but not displaying the actual timer.

    Thanks for your post.
    Let us kindly mention that the plugin is not designed for using other shortcodes in it.
    The title and description sections can accept HTML text formatting only. Thus why the shortcode is not functioning properly in the description.

    What kind of tips and suggestions can you give me to overcome this issue? If I have other developers working on it, what is it that needs to become to make shortcodes work?

    We are really sorry but we will not be able to help you in this case because the plugin’s structure cannot be changed so that it could accept other shortcodes.
