Scan's won't finish – scanning "additional files"

    Tried everything Google suggests as well as this page: https://support.wordfence.com/support/solutions/articles/1000011129-my-scans-don-t-finish-what-can-i-do-

    No luck. Just gets stuck scanning “additional files” slowing down every line.

  • Hi,

    Are there any file names where the scan is getting stuck? If so, you should try excluding that file from the scan.

    You also may want to try removing the plugin and all table data (under Options), reinstalling, and then try scanning again.
