Scanning persists to fail though everything in Diagnostic tab is green that is everything is okay.
Sent all the data from it to your test email with the same username as it is here.
Read the troubleshooting guide carefully and your servers are not blocked but whitelisted in Cloudflare , your database tables are intact ,etc.
    What’s the problem then?
    Could you guide me, please?
I know you are overwhelmed but would be glad if I receive even a single word as an answer.
    Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for reaching out.
Can you do the following so I can get the information I need to help you?

    • Kill the existing scan if it is still running (The “Start New Scan” button turns in to a “Stop” button while the scan is running)
    • Go to your Scan > Scan Options and Scheduling page and locate the “Performance Options”
    • Set “Maximum execution time for each scan stage” to 20 on the options page
    • Click to “Save Changes”
    • Go to the Tools > Diagnostics page
    • In the “Debugging Options” section check the circle “Enable debugging mode”
    • Click to “Save Changes”.
    • Start a new scan (Be patient as it may take a little time to complete and is going to pause every 20 seconds before the scan starts again from where it left off)
    • Copy the last 20 lines from the Log (click the “Show Log” link) or so of the activity log and paste them here

Also, can you send a diagnostic report to wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

Note: For the fastest response time, please make sure and add any information or questions directly to this post and not the email address above.

Sorry for the delayed reply. Did you try checking the “Start all scans remotely” option in the Debugging Options section on the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page on your site? You might also have to whitelist your server IP in Cloudflare as well as our IP Address Range.
