    Hi All,

I have been using Wordfence free edition for more than a year, and do believe this is one of the best one package does all solution.

Hoever for a short while now I have learned new techniques in creating WordPress websites.

On of them is using the roots.io bedrock boilerplate, and the second if to obfuscate WordPress url paths via the htaccess.

When the last part (obfuscation) is in affect, the Wordfence scanner seems to break.

Anyone an idea on how to tackle this?

I was able to narrow it down that Wordfence does not like Hide My WP Ghost with Ghost protocol activated.

Is this something that could be fixed in the near future?

    Hi @insanity83nl

Plugins like this that heavily modify the default operation of WordPress can cause our plugin to malfunction.

It is also not necessary to hide the fact that you are using WordPress as it is not an effective security strategy.
