Hi Foxhounds those symptoms let me to believe that you might be low in memory? How much memory have you allocated to WordPress?

Hi Foxhounds that is great what happens if you increase it more? I always set up my WordPress websites to 256m. Of course you first have to ask your host how much have they allocated to your website.

    Kind regards

    Hi,

I have increased it to 256m but I got still the problem that the scanner leads me into that blank page.

    Best,

Okay we have now eliminated the memory being an issue. Can you deactivate all your other plugins except this one and carry out another test.

Okay can you check your log files?

Also can you change the theme to one of WordPress theme like Twenty Fourteen and carry out another test?

Are you in a shared host or VPS?
