    Hi,
scanned cookies are not displayed in item 6. placed cookies in the “cookie policy” file created by comliance!?
Wordpress, mytheme, comlianze were found but not displayed?!
The page “cookie policy” was properly created and syncronized by comlinaze in the backend ! But the item “6. placed cookies” is empty ?

    Regards

    Hello @schning,

Could you perform another “Sync with CookieDatabase” under Complianz > Wizard > Consent > Cookie Descriptions, by clicking the “Sync” button on this page?

Once the list has correctly synchronized, that should cause it to appear on your Cookie Policy document.

If not, perhaps you could provide an URL to the website, so we can also take a look at the current behavior?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    thx for you fast replay.
unfortunately I can not post the url publicly because it is a customer of mine. (sorry)
Is it possible that the item “6. placed cookies” can be empty because there are no cookies that are displayed?
Under Complianz > Wizard > Consent > Cookie Descriptions is next to the found wordpress cookies “Administrator cookie, will be ignored” . Is this the reason for not displaying them?
The only cookie that is now displayed under the point 6. placed cookies in the cookie policy is “Complianz / cmplz_banner-status”…

    regards`

    Hi @schning,

If there are cookies on your website that are not yet listed in the Cookie List, please also perform a new cookie scan under Wizard > Consent > Cookie Scan, to get those cookies to appear in the list. And then re-sync with CookieDatabase as described before, so that they are properly described.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

Final question i have 5 websites with the same setup:
    /Hoster/Wordpress/sameTheme/sameplugins
    + the same complianze settings
but when i scan for cookies on the websites width complianze, i get different results:
    Like for example:

    1. website
    dt_cut_page
    cmplz_consenttype

    2. website
    dt_cut_page
    cmplz_consenttype
    cmplz_banner_status

    3rd website
    dt_cut_page
    cmplz_choice
    cmplz_policy_id
    cmplz_functional
    cmplz_statistics-anonymous
    cmplz_consenttype

    How is this possible?`

    Hi @schning,

Some cookies are only created after a certain interaction.

If you navigate to the front-end of the site(s) in question, accept the Cookie Banner once by clicking “Accept All” to ensure that these cookies are created, then re-run a Cookie Scan in the Complianz Wizard, they will show up upon doing so.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
