Scan Summary Problems Found No Issues Listed

Haven’t seen this before, so figured it was worth asking. During the scan the Scan Summary window shows “Scanning for unknown files in wp-admin and wp-includes” and it reports “Problems found.”

However, when the scan completes the Scan Summary window displays “Scan complete. Congratulations, no problems found” and under the New Issues tab there are NO issues listed.

Not sure why Wordfence is saying problems were found and not at least listing whatever suspicious files it thinks are problems, so they can be reviewed???

I know I’ve created at least one backup copy of a file in the wp-admin folder and maybe that’s what it’s having issues with, but then again I can’t confirm that’s the issues since Wordfence isn’t giving any more details about what it thinks is a problem.
