Check the Error Console in your browser to see if there are any JavaScript errors on the page that might be causing this. If you don’t see any errors then please post a screenshot after a few minutes of scanning so I can discern what it’s doing.

Also, please try the latest version of my plugin that I just released.

And please let me know if you are still having this issue, or mark this topic resolved if it’s working now.

    Hi Eli,

I have run the scan again after the update and the progress bar stays at 0% and doesn’t appear to scan. It continues to move very slowly through the scan of the directories.

The Java Console shows this error twice.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

    I couldn’t find a .jpg file.

It appears to be related to Facebook Vinyl plug in. I uninstalled the plugin but it still didn’t work.

I have also tried it on another site which is on a different account and I get the same result.

    sorry ??

I have exactly the same problem at one of my sites – my only multisite installation, if this is of relevance. All versions are current as of today.

I have confirmed this is a bug in multisite installs and I am working on a fix for it right now. If you want to email me directly then I will send you a BETA release to solve this issue as soon as I have it ready.

Never mind, thank you. It is good to know that it is not an issue of my server. I’ll wait for the next regular release. Or is there any danger associated with this problem?

After ELi did his magic the Scan continues to run perfectly.

Just waiting for the update. ??

    Ok everyboby with multisite,
Please download the new release, version 4.15.27, and let me know if that works for you.

    Aloha, Eli

    Update installed.

    Scan ran perfectly.

    Happy!

    ??

Hi, I seem to have the same problem. The scan slowly goes through the folders but shows no progress. Looking at the logs it says it has scanned and found nothing but the site definitely is infected as code is being injected above the header. I’m using Edge in Windows 10 if that makes any difference.

If you look at the source of this page you can see links to Nike etc.
