I cannot find a list of scan results. I see where it says there are 10 but there is no list, no button, no anything to assist me. All it wants to do is “fix” or “delete”. I don’t know WHAT needs to be fixed or deleted.

  • Hi @seanner13,

Could you please share here a screenshot of the page you’re referring to?

    Hi Wyfann

Here is the link to the screenshot. Bottom right shows 10 issues. Where are they listed?

    Hi @seanner13,

Can you see any errors in the browser console when you’re on that page?

Could you please temporarily switch to a default theme –if you’re not already using one– and disable all other plugins then reactivate them one by one to see if the issue is related to a conflict?

To do so I recommend the “Health Check” plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your user.

There are no errors in the browser. The only error is that the plugin does not work.

    Hi @seanner13,

Have you tried temporarily switching to a default theme –if you’re not already using one– and disabling all other plugins then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue is related to a conflict?

I have set to the default 2014 theme. I have disabled every plugin except Wordfence. Tehre is no change. I see there are 10 results found. I cannot see these results. Where are they supposed to be showing on the screen? You cannot click on the results. Please help!!

    Hi @seanner13,

The results should be displayed just above the “Need help from a web security expert?” box, exactly on the page/tab you’re on (according to the screenshot you shared).

I’m sorry to insist on that point but do you confirm that if you open the browser console there are absolutely no errors showing?

Also, have you tried to clear the cache? Or to access the site via another browser?

This is what I see in the console. This is the ONLY error.
Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://coin-hive.com/lib/coinhive.min.js”.
    admin.php:1
JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1

This site appears to use a scroll-linked positioning effect. This may not work well with asynchronous panning; see https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Mozilla/Performance/ScrollLinkedEffects for further details and to join the discussion on related tools and features!

The error is that another malware script isn’t loading. There are no errors for this plugin. It is NOT working.

I have tried 3 browsers and ALL 3 give the same results. The plugin IS NOT WORKING.

    Hi @seanner13,

Thank you for providing additional information.

Could you please add the following line of code to your “wp-config.php” file so that each script will load individually (as outlined in this article):

    define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);

Also, can you confirm that you’ve tried disabling all other plugins then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue is related to a conflict? —this can be done without impacting other visitors with the “Health Check” plugin.

I have done this. No change. I have again gone in and turned off all plugins including this one. Turned them on, starting with this one. I would test each plugin, refresh, no change. If all plugin’s except this are off and there is no change, this plugin is the issue.

    From most recent console
Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://coin-hive.com/lib/coinhive.min.js”. admin.php:1

    Hi @seanner13,

    Thanks for the update.

It seems you’re using a “coin mining” blocker extension; in order to help us narrow down the list of potential causes could you please temporarily disable that extension (or access the Scan page via a browser where that extension isn’t installed)?

    Hi @seanner13,

I’ve discussed this issue with my colleagues and we’re wondering if the problem could be related to some data corruption in the database.

Could you please follow these instructions in order to reset Wordfence.
