    Hi,
Wordfence reports that the plugin Google Drive Embedder has been removed from the www.remarpro.com repository (first found November 26, 2022).

However, the developer assures me that the plugin is live, available to use, stable, and supported. Furthermore, he does not know why the plugin is flagged in this way.

Might this be a false positive?

Hi @funex, thanks for reaching out.

I’m concerned that your scans might not be running successfully because of the date given. If that result were found today it wouldn’t reflect a past date. I checked in on the status of the plugin and it’s available from the repo, as you stated, and doesn’t give this scan result from Wordfence in my tests either.

The last 20 lines of the scan log would be helpful to determine if there’s an issue there:

    • Stop the existing scan if it is still running (The “Start New Scan” button turns into a “Stop” button while the scan is running).
    • Go to the Tools > Diagnostics page.
    • In the “Debugging Options” section, if “Start scan remotely” is still checked, now uncheck this option.
    • Click to “Save Changes”.
    • Start a new scan on the Scan page.
    • If the scan fails again, copy the last 20 lines or so from the Log (click the “Show Log” link) once the scan finishes and paste them in your next reply.

Also if the scan fails, you could try sending us a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com directly using the link at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks,
    Peter.
