Anyone that can help with my issue?

My apologies for the delayed response.

The error below indicates that something may be blocking access to the wp-admin directory which contains the admin-ajax.php that Wordfence uses. Can you try disabling all other plugins, and also check the wp-admin directory for an htaccess file? If there is an htaccess file can you please share the contents?

There is no htaccess file in the wp-admin directory, but there is a htaccess file in the main folder.
