    Hi @igcuesta !

Can you please check if you can open the page https://carrerasporeljardin.deignos.com/carrera/carreras-por-montana/esto-es-una-prueba when you deactivate Real Cookie Banner? ??

    Hi @mguenter,

Thanks for your support. I actually checked that before I posted, and the page did not open. Sorry I did not mention it before :-(.

    Hi @mguenter,

I have seen that the post is marked as resolved. However the problem still persist. Just to clarify: deactivating the plugin did not solve the problem. I checked that before I opened this thread and rechecked once you mentioned it, but the problem remains.

    Hey again @igcuesta !

That means while Real Cookie Banner plugin is deactivated and the plugin can no longer have impact on your website, the issue to open the above linked page still does not work? Have you tried to deactivate other plugins which might affect the page?

    Hi Matthias,

    Thanks for your reply.

Actually the page crashed just after I got this error message related to RCB https://imgur.com/bhQ9mat as I wrote in my first message.

I will try to check every other plugin, though.

    Hi again @igcuesta !

Yeah, this is not really an error produced by Real Cookie Banner. As you have started the service scanner all your pages got scanned – in general, the page simply got opened. Real Cookie Banner never touched the content of the page or updated it. I think the page was also not reachable before you installed Real Cookie Banner ??

    Hi @mguenter,

I finally found the plugin that was causing the page to crash (wpDataTables). Bad luck made that a previous error in this plugin was reflected just at the moment of saving the page content and receiving the error message from RCB. I am very grateful for the time you have spent with this issue.
