    Every now and then when I log into my website or just simply navigate to the website, “Scan isn’t directory” error pops up with a white screen.

    I have the latest version of Wordfence installed and everything is up to date.

    How do I solve this issue?

    Hi @alexanderagarcia

    That error message isn’t from our plugin so I recommend that you ask your hosting provider for assistance as they are in the best position to find out what is generating that error message.

    I have contacted my hosting provider and they have explained to me that it was an issue directly with Wordfence. I will confirm again with them but if there is any chance there is an issue with wordfence let me know please.
