Scan got stuck

    Hi
    Scanning process got hanging at 3/14 and stayed there over night. Now it seems to be doing it again. Is there way to get the scan through?

    If the scan hangs after 10mn, you can stop it, there’s no need to wait longer than that.
    It could be due to a memory issue or a PHP time-out.

    -Did you follow the NinjaScanner Troubleshooting Guide: https://blog.nintechnet.com/ninjascanner-troubleshooting/
    -Did you check the scanner’s log? Is there any error?
    -Did you put your WordPress into debugging mode, then try to start another scan and check the debug.log?
