• I’m having a problem where scanning the gallery folder produces a blank screen and when I reload the gallery management page I can see that it has only found 1 image (out of a possible 66 in this case). Everytime I retry it does the same thing, and adds only 1 more image. Tried deactivating all other plugins and reverting to the 20-series theme but it did not help. Any thoughts/directions?

    thanks in advance

    – WordPress up to date? YES
    – NextGEN up to date? YES
    – What version of NextGEN Gallery did you upgrade from? (i.e. I had 1.9.13, then upgraded to 2.0.61) Did this exact upgrade – problem persists.

(please confirm the following, with your server host tech) :
    – MySQL up to date (at least 5.0)? YES
    – PHP up to date (at least 5.2.4)? 5.2.17
    – The mod_rewrite Apache module activated? UNSURE
    – PHP Safe Mode OFF? UNSURE

Additional information that will help us find a solution:
    – Who are you hosted with?
    – What theme are you running?

Surfing theme 1562 (but problem persists with 2011 etc as well)

    – Which plugins do you have installed and activated?
    – Does this error still occur if you switch your theme to a WordPress Twenty series theme and deactivate all plugins except NextGEN Gallery? (please be sure to clear your browser cache and reload your site after deactivating)

    YES

@simmsimaging – If you deactivate all plugins and temporarily switch to Twenty Fourteen then reactivate NextGEN Gallery, do you still see the same thing?

Also, under Gallery > Overview you will find some of the answers for your “UNSURE” responses.

    Thanks!
