Hi @missbonnie05, thanks for getting in touch!

This looks like it could be related to your server’s ability to contact our servers, or the loopback but I can’t be certain until I know a little more about the platform you’re running on. There can be some?requirements around Cloudflare?to allow your site’s IP to access itself via loopback and sometimes our IPs need to be allowed too. With other load balancers/firewalls (as well as Cloudflare) it’s sometimes more important that they’re allowlisted rather than them specifically being blocked.

If you’ve tried all of the above, you should still be able to send a diagnostic from the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics menu to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

Thank you very much Peter for your wonderful assistance (Your a star) today it is magically working. I had asked my server before asking here. I’m going to assume they took another look at my request and fixed the issue.
