i read your document but still im facing the issue. I’ve set “Maximum execution time for each scan stage” to 15 seconds. but didnt work.
I also set “How much memory should Wordfence request when scanning” to 300 but didnt work.

    Hey @addicted71122,

    Thanks for the update.

Can you send me a Diagnostics report so I can get a better overview of your environment? Please navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics. Here you can select SEND REPORT BY EMAIL. Please include your www.remarpro.com username and update this thread after you’ve sent it.

    Thanks,

I also tried “Start all scans remotely”, but didnt work.
and also tried by Unchecking “Enable ssl verification”.

Yes. i sent the diagnostics report.

    Hey @addicted71122,

Thanks for sending the report over.

Can you please try clearing all site/server cache, then disable the W3 Total Cache plugin and let me know if it helps? There are known conflicts with it.

    https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/troubleshooting/#plugin-conflicts

Also, are you currently able to access the site? The URL listed in the Diagnostic report is currently returning a server 500 error for me.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

Are you able to findout what’s the issue?

    Hey @addicted71122,

    Thanks for the updates.

I didn’t see anything glaring in the Diagnostic report other than the possibility of a conflict with the W3 Total Cache plugin. Can you please try disabling all other plugins to rule out a conflict?

If you run the Scan remotely does it run?

Also, when you read through the Scan Troubleshooting guide did you have a chance to check all of the steps that are listed in the If your scan aren’t starting section?

    https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/troubleshooting/#if-your-scans-arent-starting

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

I’m not using W3 total cache plugin anymore. And, I tried all the steps that mentioned in the guide but none of them work for me.

    Hey @addicted71122,

    Thanks for the update.

Something is blocking the site from connecting back to itself. Just to clarify, did you disable all other plugins and switch to a WordPress default theme to rule out any conflicts? I understand you’ve checked with W3 Total Cache, but there could be others contributing to it as well.

If that doesn’t help, or if you’ve already checked, can you please look in your PHP error logs for any relevant errors? If you’re not sure where these are located your host can provide them to you.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

    Hey @addicted71122,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’ve gone ahead and marked this thread as resolved.

Please feel free to open another thread if you’re still having issues with Wordfence.

    Thanks,
