Scan Failed Issue

Hi,
We just noticed that the Wordfence scans of our site stopped a while ago. We reviewed this article:
https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/troubleshooting/?utm_source=plugin&utm_medium=pluginUI&utm_campaign=docsIcon#if-your-scans-arent-startingAnd we tried the suggested fixes and have also contacted our host – HostPapa – and they also have ensured that they aren’t blocking any of the URLs and have increased some of the PHP limits, but it still isn’t working. Our host suggested we reach out to you to see if you had any suggestions.
Any ideas? Please let me know what info we can supply.
