Scan Failed Issue

    already went through all advised steps & various advisements in this forum.
    All DB tables are fine (no corruption).
    I am unable to move between tabs on the page where one would normally goto Diagnostics, so I am unable to extract a report.

    What else can be done? I’m at a dead end & don’t want to pay for services if this isn’t able to work.

    php memory limit has already been bumped up to 256

    using Version 7.4.6 on WP 5.4
