    Hi @stevevarius, thanks for reaching out and sorry to see your scans are failing.

    You will most likely select “Use the Cloudflare “CF-Connecting-IP” HTTP header to get a visitor IP. Only use if you’re using Cloudflare.” in Wordfence > All Options > General Wordfence Options > How does Wordfence get IPs.

    You may also need to update your Cloudflare settings to allow your site to connect back to itself. You should be able to do this by going to your Cloudflare control panel. It’s worth checking all IPs associated with your server first (Find them at Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > IP(s) used by this server)

    Judging by one of the [Sep 09 12:49:17] lines, also take a look at max_execution_time in your php.ini file. Wordfence’s scan only ever attempts to use half of this value by default but there have been known problems with timeouts when higher values than 60 are set, so 600 that is being reported seems excessive.

    Actually lm not into the php and coding thing l am just a wordpress adjuster

    So l might need some explanation please of steps to do, the explanation wont much make me understand a thing ?? ??

    so l have did what you asked me in screenshot and only added the maximum execution time to 20 the other settings was correct and on cloudflare did that earlier this in the screenshot

    There may be further steps you need to take at your end but I will try to make things as clear as possible. If we see your diagnostic for ourselves, we may be able to see exactly which configuration item needs to be changed.

    Visit the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page to send that over to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on the “Send Report by Email” button. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
