    I have received this error whenever I tried to do a scan. It can only scan up to Server State and will show this error afterward.

    Scan Failed
    The current scan looks like it has failed. Its last status update was 37 mins ago. You may continue to wait in case it resumes or stop and restart the scan. Some sites may need adjustments to run scans reliably. Click here for steps you can try.

    I have tried to follow the steps in the scan troubleshooting.
    I changed the max execution time to 15 then I tried 240 (80% from 300 in Diagnostic). Still did not work.

    Currently Im having problem with my DNS after integrating CloudFlare. Would that affect the scanning process too?

    Please help me solve this.

    My apologies for the delayed response.

    Are you still experiencing this? It’s quite possible the DNS issue is contributing to it. I’d suggest reaching out to your host to get this fixed, then if the scan still isn’t working please let me know.
