Scan does not start

Hi,
i’m a new user, i needed something to block a lot of bots that are making me cry every night..

I was thinking ’bout the premium one to flag the country block, but.. i cannot even scan!

Scan does not start at all.. i’ve tried by flagging “Start all scans remotely” but still not working.

I click con start scan, few seconds waiting to start and… nothing, it reverses back to it’s original status.
