Scan always gets aborted

    Yes, that’s because you don’t have the corresponding json file for the WordPress version you have installed. We will add that file in the next update of the plugin.

    Has this updated been put through yet as I still get this json file error?

    I also get this message on the scan:

    Type: Check for modified files since 1969-11-30 05:25:35

    1969?? Lol WP isn’t that old!!

    Otherwise really great plugin thanks for all the help..

    Finally the new version released and thus updated everything is working fine now.

    I still get this error when I do a scan:

    Error: Error retrieving the json file from server for the detected WordPress version: 4.0.1. Scan aborted.

    I only installed acunetix today.

    Is there something else I need to do?

    I just wanted to report that I’m getting the same error:

    “Error: Error retrieving the json file from server for the detected WordPress version: 4.0.1. Scan aborted.”

    Is there a fix planned for this soon?

    Yes i can confirm that the issue is back again with the current version 4.0.1 of wordpress may be we will get a fix for it soon
