    Scammers. No refunds since April 2021

    I still haven’t received a refund that should have occurred.

    Constantly lie and do not respond to messages

    We don’t want to make it public but need to answer this topic.

    The topic starter abused the billing somehow. We issued the full refund of the renewal payment (even when this client wasn’t eligible to get it). As our billing reported to us the reversal is not possible to this card (bank restrictions) and the refund was processed as a separate transaction. After the month we got a chargeback dispute from the client bank on the original transaction. We sent all evidence docs to the client’s bank but lost the dispute.

    So in total, we lost the refund fee + the full amount of chargeback + chargeback fee.

    P.S. The client sent us his bank statement where 90% of transactions were refunded and mostly from well-known WordPress related names. It was on the first days after the original refund and it was a first red alert for us that this person abusing the system.

    I received a refund only on August 2, 2021. 4 months after I requested a refund and you told me that it was made. Then I turned to the Bank and they also confirmed that there was no action on your part, for which they recommended making a dispute. Which they did.

    Regarding the information you specified about my bank statement and the disclosure of information, it already looks like a violation of confidential data.

    I can purchase a plug-in and if it does not suit me, then I have the right to demand a refund. Since in the free version there is no way to learn all the functions.

    On this I close our dispute with you and I know for sure that I can no longer and do not want to use your services.

    You even answer after months …

    We just posted the story from our side because you stated that we are scammers while you double charged our billing. You are still using our plugin on your website, but told the reason for the refund that you didn’t use it anymore. It’s just pure facts!

    No confidential data were posted in the previous reply, also.

    We are sure that you did and do the same trick with other companies. It’s a shame that such persons exist in our community.

I said that I was not going to use your plugin anymore and meant that I did not want to pay for updates, as I am switching to a new platform this month and it was unnecessary for me to pay for what I will not use. you told me that you made a refund, but I did not see the money after 45-50 days, so I began to act, since you did not even answer my letters.     You created the whole situation yourself. I didn’t get the money back. And I received it only after 4 months and then with the help of the bank. This means that you did not send me a refund and cheated

    I check my account again and if I received it as you claim, then I will return it to you and apologize. But if I don’t find it, then look for the error in yourself.

    My bank checked your transaction that you sent me with a screenshot and confirmed that nothing was received from you, although you convinced me otherwise

    And also, no one from your team wanted to communicate with me, as if they believed that I received the money and for my messages that I did not receive anything, they simply ignored me. Of course, I will think that I was deceived and will act differently. You also have the opportunity to check everything and send a request to my bank. I will even submit to the bank that such a request may be for verification.

    PS. I checked the invoice until April 2021 and did not receive anything back from you …. So you have an error
