    After looking into your account I see that you subscribed to the News bulletin (text/no image) service and are currently using and actively displaying more than 254 news bulletins that you downloaded, received and are displaying as part of your subscription

    I also see that you you had asked about photographs and our team informed you that they were available to you under a different package

    I also see that our team made some specific recommendations regarding some issues with your WordPress site and how to properly configure and install the WordPress plugin you are using, and more importantly properly map your categories on your site.

    First of all the package you have mentioned is wrong. The services is for text and images which is explained by your executive(i don’t want to disclose name of anyone privacy here) and please check your order form which i have paid. In this form you have clearly mentioned that “you will provide text and images in $249 package”.     And second one you said for configuring plugin: I have disabled all plugins and then check for feedsyndicate wordpress plugin. There is no change, articles not publishing. Just 4 days plugin works then it stops. I have mailed for account cancellation and refund. But you said “you may have a plugin conflict that is causing some issues. I’ve sent this over to our WordPress development team to be investigated.

    As far as cancellation. There are no refunds for partial month services. Please confirm that you wish to cancel and I’ll tell our tech team to not investigate your plugin issue further and I’ll have the account marked for automatic cancellation at the end of the monthly term.”

    If you know there is a issue or plugin conflict then you have to resolve for at least one month. So, that news will continue to publish for one month. But you don’t care. As you know due to covid many has lost their jobs, some has risky jobs and they want to change.
