• Nearly 2 years ago I bought this plug-in for my site. I paid with Paypal. Everything went perfectly: installing, activating, etc … After 2 months of activation, we thought it was too expensive to implement this solution in the long run so I quit using the plug-in. After completing the 1 year subscription, vimeography by Dave Kiss announces the renewal of the license for the plugin I no longer use. In that email, he does not give any details about activating recurring payments from my Paypal personal account to Dave Kiss. In my opinion, this omission is knowingly scamed or fraud.
If Mr. Dave Kiss is right, I expect him to return my money earned by PayPal (tr 7R812211JL102643S, 46J88300CU511490E).
Until then I remain with the money you give and with some products I do not use.
    Be cautious!

Hi there – firstly, this plugin and business isn’t a scam. I pour countless hours into making sure my customers have a positive experience with the software and with the support interactions. If there is something you’re not certain of or you need further assistance with anything, I’m always available to contact at our support email address listed on our website.

We’re clear about our licensing terms on our website and give you complete control over your subscription preferences on your account page (https://vimeography.com/account), where you’re free to cancel or renew at any time. In fact, even without our site, you can easily log in to your PayPal account and cancel any subscription you may have.

Please, send an email to [email protected] so that I can fully understand the problem and we can help make this right for you.

    Dave
