SCAM – Support email doesn’t respond and pro plugin doesn’t work

  • The promised 90 day guarantee is a SCAM. Nobody responds to your requests.

    Purchased the Pro Plugin for WP Kanban, it doesn’t save any boards and result in an ajax error, even tried with a clean install. Requested a refund weeks ago and this week as well and support is just ignoring us. There is no customer support and their email links don’t work for receipts as well as logging into the “member area” on their site. Be warned!

    Still no response… please avoid this plugin I think it’s abandoned.

    Apologies for missing your original message on this. Just responded via email as well but your refund is currently being processed via Paypal and you should see your funds back in a couple days.

    On our end, we’re investigating why your emails got bounced to our spam filter and what we can do about the receipt bug you were seeing.
