• I don’t want to use a plugin marketed through deceptive means. I don’t trust it. There appears to be a free option, but it’s not the one you initially install with the goodies.

    If you don’t mind a plugin with a monthly charge. Give it a try. Otherwise, why waste your time.

    anyway, there is nothing deceptive in our marketing. If you could please point to that which you find deceptive, I’ll be happy to look at it and change it.

    PS: it was mentioned here that you should address your problems about the paid plugin on our own services. Here, you need to talk about the free version of Squirrly (which many people use, btw)

    Florin, just a suggestion you may wish to consider updating the plugin FAQ to provide some detail about the terms of your service.

    This plugin is also an interface to your service so providing that detail may help prevent or cut down on the misunderstandings.

    Thanks Jan for the suggestion. We’re working on the description and the FAQ to avoid future issues. Sometimes it’s so hard for technical people to explain how things work without causing unwanted confusion.
