No AstraPro Refund

UPDATE: Finaly I got refund. My problem was with the support service, not with the theme.
On Black Friday in 2019, I bought the Astra Pro WP Theme for my personal blog, but due to health problems the project was been cancelled. On 28th November 2020 I realized that they were automatically deducting money from my bank account even though I never activated the license (I never used it, but didn’t ask for a refund in the first year). I tried to cancel it and wrote them a message. They (Deepak, their UI designer, and customer care team member) wrote back to me and referred to the terms and conditions that they don’t give refunds, and I didn’t see their email in my Google spam. The same situation happened to me with a few other providers and they gave me refunds without questioning anything. I won’t every buy from this company again and don’t suggest anyone else does either.
