    (original review w/ 1 star) Fraud warning! BEWARE. They claim a 14-day free trial… you use it for 1 day, and they refuse refunds. Seriously… The fact is their plugins dragged the site way down for speed. The only thing their addons are good for is ruining your SEO.

    (updated review w/ 3 stars) When I first asked for a refund, I received an email response pointing to their refund policy. The policy was basically saying that the only time they give a refund is in the event of a technical issue. If you didn’t want the service, or if you no longer needed it, that would not constitute a refund.

    As I tested Elementor and found it less than desirable for my situation, I would have fallen into the category of ‘no longer needing’ this addon. However, when I first purchased the addon, they had claimed a 14-day trial. The messages they were giving started conflicting with each other. For this reason, I am confident that they were attempting to retain the funds that I originally invested, but upon seeing my poor review of their service, they backtracked their efforts.

    Stop forcing people on updating their review. Please kindly spend more time listening to the other reviews which really need your attention. Also, you should update the code so that it conflicts less with other plugins. As a developer myself you could do better in many areas.
