Scaled Image Question

    My name is Michael Starley. I am the owner and site admin for Personal Drone Repair.
    I will get straight to the point. I have scaled down a couple of images using the image library in the WordPress Admin Panel. Through testing, I am seeing that one of my images is still being served at native resolution.https://personaldron...017/11/logo-v1-1.jpg
    Native resolution for the image is 1061×306. I have scaled the image to 380×110.
    With all site cache cleared, the image is still served as 1061×306. I hope that I have come to the right forum for advice. I have Updated The Image in the WordPress Admin Panel immediately after scaling the image. My media library shows that the image has been scaled to 380×110.
    Any advice would be highly appreciated.
