hello, I am writing through a translator, I hope you will understand me… I am faced with an incomprehensible problem your plugin breaks some pictures stably the same! I have been trying different combinations of toggle switches for more than 2 hours ! but as soon as I turn on Scale images & Lazy load, it turns out that everything is fine in the screenshot!https://imgur.com/a/EZg3GIP
ONLY THIS IS TURNED ON AND BREAKS THE PICTURES https://imgur.com/a/UKlCf1j

    Hi @nokkiqhd,

Thank you for contacting us and for using Optimole.

This issue could be caused by duplicate lazy-loading functionality. Please disable other lazy-loading functionalities that you already have (most likely in other caching plugins) and try to check again, images should load properly. Duplicating lazy-loading functionality usually causes such issues with images not loading properly.

Let us know if that helps, thanks!

thank you so much for your advice, I disabled ALL plugins 1 at a time! and still the problem remained…… I also found a new problem OF ENABLING ONLY “Enable image replacement” pictures are cropped… And the most interesting thing is that they also behave the same way ! all my pictures are the SAME SIZE

ENABLING ONLY “Enable Image Replacement” https://imgur.com/a/ZkI6RAt
    THE PLUGIN IS DISABLED https://imgur.com/a/NNRHW2T
    P.S
I do not know what can cause such a big problem, I have tried everything, even disabled cloudflare, but nothing helps as soon as I turn on your plugin…. it drives itself randomly!

    Hey there,

I’m sorry for the delay on this thread but if the issue persists please contact us directly here – https://optimole.com/#contact to debug it further.

This looks like a conflict with another plugin for sure but if you don’t want to share URL of your website here you can share it directly with us.

    Thanks!
