Scaffold one of the best for adapting to your look

Our Dept. has committed to moving all internal web content to WordPress. Much of our content is text based information. We are not marketing concepts that can be promoted with visuals, which is the focus of all WordPress Themes. I studied over 15 different themes that appeared to have the possibility of being used for the text based information sites and my determination is that Scaffold is the best for this purpose. It is very clear in it’s PHP structures and flexible in it’s functionalities. Internal annotation within files is very clear and easy to understand. I have been able to use HTML5 and CSS3 in the full page format to produce neatly formatted content as needed, as well as exploit WordPress posting functionalities to produce long lists linking to PDF formatted desk aids that the users like using.
