    Hi,
    I use the plugin to manage payments on my site. I recently received an e-mail from Stripe about SCA integration. I updated the plugin, but Stripe still warns me that the plugin is out of date.
    What can I do?

    Hey @davide2580,

    Looking at your sites system report, I can see you are indeed using the latest version of the Stripe plugin, but you’re using a really old version of WooCommerce at v2.6.14. WordPress v4.9 is also pretty old now too.

    It might be worth setting some time aside to update WordPress + WooCommerce and any other plugins on your site to the latest versions as that could be a contributor towards the behaviour which you’re facing.

    I also noticed in the system report that you’re using two cache plugins which are WP-Optimize and WP Rocket. Have you tried clearing the cache in both of those to see if that maybe helps as nothing else in the system report is immediately standing out?

    Hi, I tried to update woocommerce a while ago but my site broke down. I never tried again. Now I have cleared the cache but nothing changes.

    Hey @davide2580,

    As this is not behaviour which we’re initally seeing other users describing the next step we’d recommend would be to update the software on your site like WooCommerce to see if that resolves this for you.

    Some hosting companies provide a staging site feature with their hosting packages that make it really easy to create an exact duplicate of your live site for testing. If however, your hosting company does not offer this type of feature you could instead use a free plugin like WP Staging which can help you create a test site to work towards testing updates.
