SCA Compliant Stripe Subscription Button – Stripe dont collect address

  • SCA Compliant Stripe Subscription Button is configured, following the guidelines.
    I cant see informations about customer except email address on stripe dashboard, how can i see more informations like name, billing address on stripe ?

    Those informations were collected in stripe checkout

    Hi, what do the new members see when they register in your site? Can you share a screen capture of the registration popup form?

    Hi, Similar Problem, we are not receiving any customer address data from Stripe.
    We followed the instruction above, have no issues with payments coming through or members joining.
    I have ticked the Collect Customer Address button, but no information is being displayed in our membership data table . This is very important to protect us against copyright infringements. Can you please help, site is live and this is urgent. Thanks.
